I had a positive experience with the physical therapy program. The staff was outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone who has assisted living needs. The staff went above and beyond with my care.

This is a great skilled nursing facility shout out to my fabulous nurses Michelle Charlotte Tiffany on days Cynthia on nights and all the other night staff Let’s not forget the CNA’s all amazing folks. The staff all provide skilled empathetic care. The activities staff provide many activities to keep you stimulated even bowling 🤣 I had short term contact with OT/PT department Anna and Denise took great care of me. My room was quiet and very comfortable I was able to bring a few things from home and Pets can visit with up to date shot records You can choose food from several menus daily Robert and his staff do a wonderful job my dietary needs were always addressed. I highly recommend this facility I was there short term 6 weeks great place when you need it.

I give 5 stars bc my father in law has been moved to autumwood on hospice due to liver cancer he is being taken care of by Sandra she is absolutely wonderful on all levels. she's very caring polite and she definitely cares about her patients and thats a blessing to see these days. thank you Sandra for all that you do and have done for my father in law

I have worked at the Laurels for a little over 2 years until my current relocation for my husband’s new duty station with the USMC. In my time there, I have forged great working relationships and friendships with the administration team and staff. The Laurels has some room for improvement, some areas more than others, but I can say that overall I enjoyed my time working there, both with the previous leadership team and the current one. The staff, the NP and my admin team is what really made it for me. There are some amazing staff there, on all levels, and I am thankful I had the opportunity to get to know them and work with them . I will miss them !

My experience here for therapy was wonderful! Rehab worked really hard with me to gain back my strength. Nursing staff was so kind & patient. I loved the activities, espwcially Bingo!

I want to talk about the nurse's aid I really liked. she treated me with respect and dignity. She was very sweet and really cared about my needs and went above and beyond. Her name is Jamie L. This place is kept clean I mean clean.I would like to also give a word out the PT department for there excellent therapy. They are wonderful therapists. Heather and I think her name is Lauren. They got me through some really tuff stuff. I want everyone to know what a good place this is if you need it for you or a loved one

I love this facility! Always clean smelling when you walk in. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I get excellent feedback from their patients that I see as well! I would highly recommend ♥️

As a part time staff for the last 16 mos. I have really enjoyed my position as an activity aide at CPHCC. The training was thorough and the support staff & management continues to keep us informed and offer incentives for work/life balance. The residents are so appreciative and are like my family. I get to know many of them and encourage them to be involved with a variety of activities and field trips to enhance their and enjoy their day.
