I am well pleased with the care that my mother has received here. This is our first time having to deal with a nursing home and rehab. We did not know what to expect but the staff has kept us well informed of her progress by sending us pictures and phone calls since we are unable to go in and visit her [during the COVID-19 pandemic]. The staff has been very helpful to us even when we come to visit through the window.

First, I would like to recognize the staff for their professionalism. They are very empathetic when it comes to my mother. They have a great attitude, are responsive, and timely when it comes to my family's questions and concerns. My mother has improved significantly since being at this facility. She is talking more, physical therapy has been active, and she is way more comfortable than in the last facility she was in. The atmosphere is very welcoming, along with the cleanliness of the facility. They drive accountability to the fullest and go above and beyond to adhere to my mother's medical adversities. I would 20/10 recommend this facility for future residents.

My 83 old mother was there for more than 6 weeks after her hip and wrist surgeries, her experience was great. The staff was very good and the room was very convenient and spacious. Initially there was lot of pain, but because of excellent physical therapy she was able to come out of it rather quickly. The PT staff was very friendly and caring with tons of encouragement. The nursing care was also very good. My mother expresses her personal thanks and regards to everybody. The initial admission and the final discharge process were extremely smooth with no issues.

I went and had dinner there the food was delicious! Enjoyed meeting everyone! The lobby is beautiful !! When I need somewhere for my Dad, I will choose Laurels of Kettering.
