I work for a local IFT EMS agency and had two drop-offs at the Laurels of Willow Creek today. There was a male nurse with silver hair who was the kindest and most helpful I’ve come across.

Great Staff tending to the needs of Their Patients with loving care 🥰 They are unrated in so far as funding, they are deserving of new chairs for guests and furniture 🪑 in rooms. I will make them my choice again for my mother’s and my Respite Care for sure !!!!!

I would send my closest friends here. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. They listen to what you have to say and are quick to respond to your needs. I feel very comfortable and safe. Here is also tremendously clean, which is very hard for these facilities to buy nowadays, if you know what I mean, but this one is exceptionally clean and has very good decorations inside.

I was in rehab for 6 weeks. Had the best care I could ask for. The nurses and aids were awesome. The food was great. All the staff were very pleasant. I absolutely would highly recommend Regency for your family members' rehabilitation.

"My father had a stroke and my sister and I live out of town but have family in the Charlottesville area. We had been to another rehab in the area and had a horrible experience in the short time my father was there so after another short hospital stay we decided to come to the Laurels. The care at the Laurels has been wonderful and the staff really care about my father and his needs. Caring for someone from so far away is hard enough but it has been much easier knowing he is at the Laurels. I recommend the Laurels of Charlottesville to anyone who is need of great people who care."
