This is my second stay at Regency Heights, the first was probably 10 yrs ago. I received excellent care at that time, and this time, I believe it was over and beyond the call of duty. The staff was very attentive, fun-loving, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anybody who needs rehab or long-term care. I wish that I could remember everyone’s name that I encountered, but kudos to the entire staff, Great job!

Regency at Livonia provided my father with the greatest care I could have ever hoped for. The entire staff was very respectful, supportive and extremely accommodating. I recommend Regency at Livonia for anyone, or anyone's loved one(s) who is/are in need of their therapy, nursing and/or medical services.

I arrived flat on my back in an ambulance on May 19th, unable to move or even roll over in bed. It is now July 15th and I can walk with a cane and I am ready to return home in a couple of days. They made me feel confident and positive about my healing and made it pleasant and even fun to participate each day.People at all levels here are caring, helpful, and go out of their way to encourage me to get better. I have learned that rehabilitation is a cooperative effort between the caregivers and the patient. If you want to heal and get better, you can. I have gained a lot of new respect for nurses and others who care for and help patients return to health since my experience with Regency at Bluffs Park. Even the housekeepers and kitchen staff made me feel better. The staff is amazingly capable and talented. I would recommend Regency at Bluffs Park to anyone with rehab needs.

When I was admitted to the hospital, I ended up going to a skilled nursing facility where I was not happy. I spoke with a social worker and really wanted to transfer to Regency at Lansing West. The admissions team made that happen, I was so excited I had tears in my eyes. Everyone here is so nice and they make me laugh. The care is phenomenal and everyone is so good about it. The therapists are really nice and helpful.
