I recently revisited this facility to bring refreshments to the staff for taking such good care of my dad while he was in their care. My father passed, unfortunately, but I am very grateful that he had such good people to precede him in death. During his stay, he signed up for hospice to make him comfortable during the duration of his stay, and I can honestly say the nurses and caregivers were so attentive to not only his needs but also me and my brother's needs. It’s always a great feeling knowing you have an extra set of eyes on your loved one. Everyone was very hands-on, and that was all I could have asked for. I hope the treats showed my small token of appreciation. Dad loved it there !!!

My husband spent over 4 months here. All of the staff, from nursing to housekeeping, are the best, kind, compassionate, and caring. He received an excellent car,e and the food was very good with a good variety. Great place!!

"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help in this process and making the transition so smooth. I spent several hours with my mom yesterday and my dad visited also. We went to the birthday party and he stayed in there with my mom for well over an hour numerous times holding her hands and dancing with her. Though Tuesday and Wednesday mornings were hard for him and days to come will continue to be he did state yesterday numerous times that we definitely made the right decision."

I started with Ciena in 2013 at Regency at Grand Blanc as Admissions Director. I knew at that point that I had found "my home". During my tenure at Grand Blanc, I obtained my MBA in Healthcare Administration and also my NHA, through the Chris Halsey Career Ladder program that Ciena offers it's employees. I worked under Brenda LaVigne and Lisa Berthold who have been amazing inspirations and mentors to me... I am so happy to be an employee of Ciena, and am so blessed to have such amazing support and resources as I dive in to this position!
