"I would recommend The Laurels of Shane Hill to anyone thinking of putting a loved one in a nursing home facility.  Everyone from the administrator to the aids do their part in making my mother feel like a member of the family.  The employees always take time to listen to her concerns.  Some even write her while on vacation and some visit on their days off.  My mother now calls The Laurels of Shane Hill her home.  The quality of care is great.  They keep me informed of everything happening with my mother. And for this and everything they do I am very, very grateful."

The Laurels of Coldwater is a perfect place for your loved ones. The staff is not only kind and caring but also respectful of all the residents. The social worker, Nick, is especially considerate of people’s needs. I have observed the kindness with which he handled the concerns and needs of each person. He truly cares. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering a home for their loved one.

My mom was in the facility for almost one month. They treated her like family.❤️ Every single person called her mom. My mom doesn’t speak English, but she was so happy. They respect her. They try to explain everything to her, so I’m happy. I recommend that a couple of my friends bring their parents to this facility. I appreciate every single person at Regency.❤️🌹🙏

My 83 old mother was there for more than 6 weeks after her hip and wrist surgeries, her experience was great. The staff was very good and the room was very convenient and spacious. Initially there was lot of pain, but because of excellent physical therapy she was able to come out of it rather quickly. The PT staff was very friendly and caring with tons of encouragement. The nursing care was also very good. My mother expresses her personal thanks and regards to everybody. The initial admission and the final discharge process were extremely smooth with no issues.

The transition from coming from the hospital to The Laurels has been nothing but wonderful. A Laurels staff member came out to put a face to my father's name and was very helpful with all our questions. When we arrived the staff greeted us right away and made him feel right at home.
