To the staff, management and nurses of The Laurels of Chagrin Falls, I would like to extend my gratitude for the excellent care of my Mother. Any and all request on my family's behalf were met with promptness and consideration to my family members underlying needs. I can wholeheartedly recommend that for any family member that is tasked with the responsibility of making the decision on where to send a loved one for skilled nursing that they consider and shortlist The Laurels of Chagrin Falls among those that they plan to get in contact with.

This is such a wonderful establishment. All off the care workers have been such a blessing. My Mother would have not been able to get through all of this without all of the caring employees at this facility. My husband spent over 4 months here. All of the staff, from nursing to housekeeping, are the best, kind, compassionate, and caring. He received an excellent car,e and the food was very good with a good variety. Great place!!

My loved one was well taken care off during his stay. One day in particular he was having a rough day and they got him a whopper and onion rings which is his favorite. Looked like they really a wanted to help.

My grandfather was transferred here after breaking his neck. At 83 he continues to recover and regain strength. He constantly says that he feels well cared for and that the staff is very kind. He thoroughly enjoys Physical Therapy and when we visit him at the window he is regularly checked on.

My mother was at this facility after surgery for rehab. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Made her feel loved and cared for when we couldn’t be there with her. We are so grateful for everything they did for her. She is doing amazing now thanks to them!

"You show respect to the guests.  Your staff is caring and friendly.  The rehab unit is outstanding.  Your meals are very good, even for picky guests like my Mother.  Your office manager does an outstanding job keeping bills straight.  Your Social Workers work very hard to solve guest’s problems."
