My stay at The Laurels was excellent. On a scale of 1 thru 10 I give it a 10. The aides did their part on helping me get healthy by helping get clean when I needed it, helping me become more independent, and just attending to all my basic needs. The nurses also did a great job at making sure I got my medications on time. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend The Laurels to anyone who really needs to get healthy.

Everyone at Bluffs Park was open and honest with me throughout my recovery process. They took the time to answer my questions. Meals were completely accommodating and various. By far the most wonderful feature about Bluffs Park is it’s people. Kind and caring, always with a smile, even with patients in difficult situations. Without a doubt, I would recommend Bluffs Park to others. (I already have!) It is a wonderful place with great and helpful people from the nursing staff up through therapists to the administration. Any of my questions were answered timely and courteously, and with a smile. The meal plans were tailored to my special needs. My room was comfortable and supplied with all I needed. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience at Bluffs Park.

"I don’t know where I’d be without the Laurels of Hudsonville. When I first arrived I was not able to get out of bed after three months of bed rest after ankle surgery. But now I am walking again and on my way home! The OT and PT staff are just amazing!"

Since coming to Omni, I have had a life-changing experience. At the other places I wasn't treated well at all, but this place shows me that there are really good people in this world and in nursing homes. I would recommend Omni to everyone if you want your family well taken care of. Everybody I encounter is respectful, nice, and accommodating.

Hickory Ridge of Temperance has been such a great experience. The facility is always very clean, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly, helpful, and truly caring. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do.

I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, the wound nurse, who has been absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, and it shows how much she cares about her residents. Sidney, one of the nurse managers, has also been wonderful. She is always approachable, supportive, and on top of everything. Their dedication really gives families peace of mind.

The food here has been amazing, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the residents are well taken care of.

I’m very thankful to have come across Hickory Ridge and highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality care for themselves or loved ones.
