This is Mom’s third facility, and I’m pleased so far!! Any concerns that I have are addressed immediately! The staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions or direct you in the right direction if they can’t answer or help you with what you need. It’s always clean and smells fresh when I’m there. The Director of Nursing is always going above and beyond to make sure the residents and staff are taken care of to the best of her ability. My family and I are happy with our decision.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Brittany Manor. The therapy is wonderful, the CNA’s are great and the response time is amazing. They made me feel like family. I would definitely stay here again!

Due to an inevitable decline my father required placement in a long term care facility. In addition to dementia he has multiple medical conditions. I live 1200 miles away, my brother 250, but we knew that Dad preferred to remain in the area he had lived most of his adult life and where his friends still live. I knew that it would be difficult being so far from him but, thanks to the extraordinary staff and facilities at Fountain View Monroe we are always informed of any change in Dad's condition. Dad has been there since early June of 2021 for both rehab services and long term care. Every time that I call to inquire the care taker provides an immediate and detailed response as to Dad's day - no one has ever needed to refresh their recall or review a chart - They recount Dad's interactions with others, response to treatment of medical issues and laud his resilient sense of humor. They put Dad on the phone for me to talk to (thought Dad no longer knows who I am) and they do everything possible to help me stay connected to Dad! He has received excellent (and somewhat complicated) medical care for diabetes, serial UTIs and CHF. In addition to the amazing staff, the physical facilities are wonderful - wide, well lit hallways, beautiful common areas. The place is clean and very well maintained. My brother has been a CNA at a 5 star (per Medicare ratings) long term care facility where he is very proud of the work that they do and he has repeatedly remarked that he finds Fountain View Monroe well above what he has experienced. I really can't say enough good about all that they do for my father and what that means to us!

"The staff at The Laurels of Hillsboro was wonderful during my stay, very thoughtful and did everything right. The food was great and so was the Rehab. This is my second stay here and I think The Laurels just keeps getting better. I'm glad to be going home so soon, but I'll miss everyone who cared for me."
