I had a recent stay at this facility and everyone from housekeeping to maintenance to dietary to laundry to rehab services to complimentary transportation and finally to nursing services, was polite. They knew their responsibilities and were always responsive to resident needs. At first it was difficult being the patient as opposed to the caregiver, but I soon began to love the staff. Every nursing person worked for the comfort of the resident, but I felt the most "looked after" by Teresa, RN on day shift and Lisa, RN on night shift. They just inspired competency and comfort by their knowledge and calm personalities.

I came to The Laurels after having a stroke. I was paralyzed on the left side of my body and worked hard every day with physical and occupational therapy. They were wonderful and taught me so much. I thank them for giving me my life back.

I visited my sister recently and found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating! I got confused when trying to get to the second level of the building, and one of the maintenance staff members, named Kenny, was kind enough to take me to the hall I needed! The facility was also very clean, and the staff seemed very cheerful! I enjoyed my visit with my sister and had a pleasant experience overall!
