"I am was a guest of the Laurels of bon air,and I would like to tell all about my time experience while I was there. The facility was very nice , but the best part was the staff and personal I came into contact with. On a scale of 1 to10 I would give them a 25 par excellence. The staff treated all patients with respect, kindness, and above gentleness. I cannot find one thing I was more than satisfied with they treated all like family. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed to use it. Your experience will be nothing less than 5 Star plus rated. I loved the therapist they took time to make sure you understand how and why they were having do what you were doing. I came Syracuse New York and Moved here less than 2 years ago . Fountain View of Monroe is the best nursing facility in Monroe. Coming to this facility was the best thing that has ever happen to me, I cant not thank them enough for all they did for me. They gave me confidence I would not be where I am today with out the Staff at Fountain View, I will never be able to thank them enough. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My sister has been admitted there recently. I found the staff professional and helpful. The surroundings are clean and very well kept. My sister is being treated with kindness and respect. I would feel comfortable referring friends and family there 😊

Since September of 2019 my grandmother has been here and big thank you Ashlee and Brigit for helping me get through the tuff time of leaving grandma because she was so upset and needed to adjust. Courtney manor has great care compared to the other home she was in. If any issues with grandma someone will always call and explain to me what's happening, happened, or what they are planning on doing. The staff has been great in all departments; care for her because she is very strong willed and stubborn, keeping her busy mind wise and rehab exercise, billing if I have questions they get me answers. I'm very happy with how they care for her because I know I can't do it. If I would of left her where she was in 2019 I really don't think she would still be here with us. I thank all of the staff for everything they do everyday for everyone there. Our world has changed in so many ways this past year without being able to hug grandma and see her every week, I'm grateful the staff can go give her a hug, push her to stay healthy making her eat/drink and strong by making her walk the room/hall! Thank GOD we have the ANGELS (Staff)
