I recently revisited this facility to bring refreshments to the staff for taking such good care of my dad while he was in their care. My father passed, unfortunately, but I am very grateful that he had such good people to precede him in death. During his stay, he signed up for hospice to make him comfortable during the duration of his stay, and I can honestly say the nurses and caregivers were so attentive to not only his needs but also me and my brother's needs. It’s always a great feeling knowing you have an extra set of eyes on your loved one. Everyone was very hands-on, and that was all I could have asked for. I hope the treats showed my small token of appreciation. Dad loved it there !!!

Willowbrook has exceptional staff from nursing to dietary and everything in between. Employees listen to the residents' and family requests and try to go above and beyond what is asked. I recommend Willowbrook Manor to those who are looking for rehabilitation or long-term placement!

"The Staff at The Laurels of Carson City were all so very caring. After over a week stay in the hospital, the shower right in my room was very invigorating. When I first arrived at The Laurels of Carson City I could not walk. In just three short weeks I can now walk and stand on my own. The rehab girls kept it interesting! I loved every minute of my stay at The Laurels of Carson City. All of the staff treated me as if I were a member of their family. The Laurels of Carson City was truly a great place to be for my recovery!"

They have made my stay here the best for me. They helped me get back walking and worked really hard. I couldnt walk at all, and now I am back walking on my own. Physical therapy was hard at first, but the more I did it, the easier it got. I enjoyed doing the physical therapy. I am very happy with the people who helped me get back on my feet and walking.
