I started with Ciena in 2013 at Regency at Grand Blanc as Admissions Director. I knew at that point that I had found "my home". During my tenure at Grand Blanc, I obtained my MBA in Healthcare Administration and also my NHA, through the Chris Halsey Career Ladder program that Ciena offers it's employees. I worked under Brenda LaVigne and Lisa Berthold who have been amazing inspirations and mentors to me... I am so happy to be an employee of Ciena, and am so blessed to have such amazing support and resources as I dive in to this position!

Today I depart, but with some sadness. Though I am so excited to be going home, I will miss you all. My biggest regret is how few names I remember, as i would rather address each personally.

You have chosen a noble work; to bodily care for those unable to care for themselves. Few in this world have the heart for that task. It is often very messy (nicest term I could think of).

So I ask God to protect and preserve you all, prospering you in every facet of your being in ways that only he can.

Your group was quick to respond to all our questions, very attentive to our parents needs, and always willing to go the extra mile to insure our parents happiness. Our parents have been in other places for rehab in the past but we can say without hesitation that our parents enjoyed their stay with you the most and had no complaints at all during their stay.
