I worked here a few years. I have had an overall good experience and worked with many terrific people! This building has some of the most caring and dedicated people to their residents and community. I was privileged enough to be of assistance to so many residents and their families as well as work with a great team who will ADVOCATE for these residents. Some of the stand out moments are staff, CNA, Nurses, Admissions and even house keepers going out of their way, spending their own money to buy things for residents who simply want something as simple as make up to make them feel better.

Whenever I visit Courtney Manor I know that they are treating their residents as family, when I step into that building I am greeted with smiles by every passing person. Courtney Manor feels like home for their patients, this is the best community I have been in. You do not get the "nursing home smell", or the medical facility feeling, this is truly a home.

I recently underwent surgery on my foot, and was in the care of Fenton Healthcare afterwards. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive and accommodating. The only issue I did have was that a couple of clothing items of mine were not returned because they were sent to the laundry before they could be labled, and repeated requests to locate them myself were never granted. So I basically forfeited the items, not really that big of a deal but it was my personal property. Other than that I was comfortable and overall satisfied with my after care experience at Fenton Healthcare...

My Mom is a current resident at Christian Park Village. I have had the opportunity to meet and observe the staff. I saw true care and love for each resident. The care is above and beyond. My Mom is very happy where she is at and always has nothing but great words on her care and treatment. I want to thank the staff for the work they do. I have also work with Mindy in the office, I am impressed with her care and assistance.

My Father was in therapy at the Laurels of Bon Air, and the team was absolutely wonderful! The therapy staff was kind and compassionate but were able to help him get stronger! We even paid privately to keep him there longer for therapy when his insurance would not longer cover it. Thankful to the staff for all they do!

I have had such a good experience here. This is my second time having to go to reha.. I broke my right femur a couple years ago and because of that fall I eventually needed a left knee replacement. I am now at Regency for rehab from this last surgery. I have been cared for greatly by almost every one here. Scott one of the daytime CNAs in the 200 wing has been conjovial, interested, caring , and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend this rehab place in a heartbeat .
