My mom was there for a little over 2 weeks. The staff are excellent and her care was great. Very clean facility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

My husband was a resident at The Laurels for about 6 months. He received excellent care there. Communication between all the healthcare professionals regarding my husband’s condition, treatment, and progress occurred on a daily basis. The physical therapy department was also exceptional.

My Mom has been here for rehab from broken bones. They have been great and now she will be a long term resident. They have been great with the transition. I would like to also add: Shannon Bowman with the dietary team has been wonderful, she checks on my Mom whenever she is at work. She asks if my Mom has a request for foods, and keeps her eyes on her and my Mom's roommate. My brother and I truly appreciate all the caregivers here.

My mother stayed at The Laurels of Willow Creek for about six weeks following a fall. Her care was excellent. CNAs Lana and Tina were exceptional. They cared for my mother with a great deal of compassion. It felt like we were one family.

This is the absolute best Rehabilitation Center I have ever been to. They treated my father like family they were so very nice and very patient with him. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Ginny, the marketing/admissions director is wonderful, so I will start with that. She is experienced, compassionate, and a "gets things done" person. Her guidance during a very traumatic time for us was invaluable. Also, she helped us make some adjustments after we arrived to help my mom settle in the best way possible. Our experience is with their rehab side after my mom suffered a broken hip. No facility is perfect. Every place needs more staff, though it is the nature of the industry, I believe. We still kept someone by my mom's side at all times. That being said, we have encountered some earthly angels at this facility in the form of nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, CNA's, other assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapist, and housekeeping staff. Some have more experience and maturity than others. Some have more patience. Many seem to be there because they have a heart for helping people. They have worked with us to help my mom improve as much as possible during such an extremely stressful time for my mom and our family.

My dad, who has Alzheimer's, was recently transferred to The Laurels of Willow Creek for rehab. He spent about two weeks there recovering and regaining his strength, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care he received. Every staff member was professional, consistent, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The aides Wanda, Laura, Kathleen & Connie were patient, kind, and helpful, making sure my dad was comfortable and well cared for. The physical and occupational therapists Ted and Claire were absolutely wonderful, successfully helping him get back on his feet. Seeing the level of dedication and support from everyone at the facility gave me great peace of mind. I would absolutely consider The Laurels of Willow Creek again if we ever need their services in the future. Highly recommend!
