Notting Hill has been “home” for several months. Dietary continues to work with me to fine tune my (diabetic) food plan. They have added a nutritional supplement drink and work closely on this. The Nurses and Nursing Assistants are Angels on Earth doing GODS healing work! Even though they might be extremely busy, they answer the call lights in a timely manner with Care and Compassion. The medical staff is knowledgeable and includes me as part of the “team.” I am able to see a Dr. or PA Thursdays or Fridays. Pam in Social Work has been extremely helpful. We are currently working on my discharge planning (I get to go home). Everything is falling into place such as supports and equipment. Overall, one’s stay here is what they make it. Amended: I appreciate the immediate actions taken by Nottinghill Administrator, Vince Liaguno to ensure the health and safety of my relative and the other residents under his care. Further, that he came and spoke with my relative about the situation. Then, he took ownership (which no one else had bothered with) and responded with a solution within hours. Finally, he followed up the next day to make sure everything was as expected. I truly appreciate his attention and kindness to my cousin.
