I've worked with the staff and residents at The Regency for many years. Their dedication to providing quality care is evident throughout all staff members I've interacted with. Lisa, Ashleigh, Abby and Joe are all top notch healthcare professionals. The community is always clean, friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere. Wanda always greets you with a smile. I refer clients and families to The Regency and will continue to do so.

Sassy was absolutely WONDERFUL to my grandmother. I cannot say enough about her. She was there for 4 weeks and she treated her like her own family. I can’t thank her enough for taking care of her and all of her love. 🤎

Friends and family members are always most concerned and worried about their family members when they are trying to recover. I would like to give an OUTSTANDING REVIEW to Steve from the Maintenance Department at Regency At Canton. Steve wears so many hats within the organization and he has a phenomenal spirit and he leads with integrity and compassion, and that is what makes him so special. Today, I was visiting my dear close friend as she recovers and gets well. My close friend is well loved and certainly adored by everyone was having problems with an extreme amount of static in her resident phone line and she was unable to hear her callers. I asked for assistance at the front desk, but who know that Steve would be just amazingly kind, attentive, and patient. He went above in beyond to track down my friend a new phone, new phone cord, we had fun as we tested the line from the hallway while he used his cell phone to make sure the new phone worked. Steve you are the MVP! Thank you for your service. Steve deserves a PAY INCREASE!

My aunt was there for 3 weeks and only had minor issues. Which is really good for a skilled nursing center like this. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and did what they were supposed to. Thanks

For the most part, everyone was very caring, kind and helpful. There were one or two people that you questioned whether they wanted to be there but overall everything was very good. I enjoyed the food that was served My only negative was that staff could not find towels in order for me to take a shower on two of my shower days

My Mother was at the Regency Of Canton for about a month. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay with all the staff who treated her with great respect. My mother enjoyed attending therapy, as the therapy department really provided a structured program, are very friendly. She was especially thrilled to participate in activities by being able to play the piano and interact with her peers and facility staff. My mother enjoyed all the nurses with their kindness and knowledge. She felt the CNAs were also very attentive. I highly recommend Regency Of Canton for your loved one or close friends that may need 24 hour care and services.
