LaDon from Maintenence is the greatest. Her and Robert are fantastic at helping and assisting patients and their families. LaDon has so many times gone aver, above and beyond to assist and complete projects for my mother in law. Great job and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our experience here has been very positive, with very few bumps in the road. Holly in Administration has been fantastic. Nurses on the floor (Francis, Teresa and Michael) have been excellent. When we have issues they are handled quickly and to our satisfaction. It is never easy to have to place a family member somewhere other than your own home, but when it became necessary for us to do so; Regency of LIVONIA was the best choice.
