Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation in Livonia, MI

I am currently a patient of Regency Livonia. I was surprised to see that many of the caregivers have worked here for more than 20 years. The caregivers, aides, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and even housekeepers, dietary and maintenance staff have been professional, supportive, friendly and have made me feel safe. In my illness journey, I stayed at two other facilities prior to coming here and neither of them came close to the care I have been receiving here.

Regency in Livonia provides top-notch, quality care for my family member. Lachelle in admissions worked extremely hard to honor our families requests. The administrator Rose is very patient, clear and took time to explain all familial responsibilities and made us aware of important information. The front desk administrators Angie and the other staff in charge of this area have always made me feel protected and informed when entering and exiting the building. All of the P.T's, O.T's, RN's, LPN's, MA's, CNA's, and medical support staff are always willing to meet my loved ones needs. Kendra, Tracy, Toya, Chris and Jaylen are many other employees work extraordinarily hard to make sure my mother is very well taken care of they are all very honest individuals that work over and above expectations at all times.

Cindi is an extremely professional resPIRATORY therapist who exudes an impeccable bedside manner when assisting patients. MS CINDI IS ALWAYS CONCERNED THAT PATIENTS ARE COMFORTABLE & 100% PLEASED WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THEIR RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT. The staff is great. Raisy has been very helpful in caring for my sister. She listens with her head and her heart. Raisy has gone above and beyond time and again in contributing ideas and developing solutions for a variety of situations. Her dedication makes a real difference.

Visited a friend who was receiving therapy. I had a welcoming reception and was taken to the patient room, really nice place to put your love one. I recommend anyone looking for a rehabilitation place. Thank you Regency at Livonia.
