Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation in Troy, MI

My mom is a new patient here and although we still aren’t sure of her staying long. The place is extremely nice and clean. It is also very spacious when it comes to the rooms. It’s like a long hotel stay it is so beautiful. Marissa was very nice and made us feel welcomed upon arriving. But we are most certain that we instantly loved how Dee(DeAngelo) cared for her and took great care of her on her first night. He was very prompt and very accommodating. He has gone out of his way to help make my mom feel comfortable!!!! He is a blessing 🩷 Thank you Dee (V’s Girls) Just had to shout him out.

From the first phone call I made to Regency of Troy, I have had a positive experience! Valentina, the Director of Admissions, has been extremely helpful and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. She is such a good communicator and has made me and my family feel at ease throughout the process of transitioning my mom into rehabilitation here. She has gone above and beyond! The directors/managers from the nursing, social services, PT/OT, dietary, and activities departments have all spoken with our family. They reviewed the care plan thoroughly with us and are readily available for any concerns or questions our family may have. All of the nurses caring for my mom have been kind, attentive, and so understanding. The entire staff here promotes such a good mix of professionalism and warmth! The building is absolutely beautiful and the food is really good, as well! I did a lot of research before she came here and I couldn't be happier with the choice! She will continue as a long-term care resident after completion of her rehabilitation and I feel truly blessed to have her being cared for here! I highly recommend Regency to any family looking for excellent care and a modern, pleasant environment for their loved one!

Every place can have things to complain about because it is not home. Unfortunately there is some things that we can not provide at home. If I ever have to go to a place to get stronger to go home it would be here! Are they perfect- no. But who is. If I brought up a concern the administrator Brad always addressed it immediately and and always followed up with me or my brother. The place is absolutely beautiful and the care was just what we needed. Thank you for all the care. Would highly recommend to anyone needing care after surgery.

My loved was sent to Troy for rehab after emergency surgery. She was not able to much of anything when she first arrived. I was very much taken back that the administrator took time out of his day to come to her room and introduce himself to us and ask how our stay was going. Wow. That was impressive! The food was ok but if it was something she didn't like the kitchen staff made her something that she did so she would eat!! Talk about caring! That meant alot to her and me!! She ended up eating stronger and came back home. Thank you for helping her get stronger!!

I have had family stay at various nursing facilities over the years and have never had a great experience. My aunt recently needed inpatient nursing care after a recent stroke so we tried this facility. The nursing care was wonderful, all the staff was caring and helpful. Food was great as were activities. My aunt had a great stay here. The only issue we ran into was therapy wasn’t great about communicating with family. Overall I would totally recommend this wonderful facility!

One of the best facilities I’ve been to, a lot better here than in Ohio. No complaints from me or my family. But let me tell you the horrors at the nursing homes in Ohio is unreal.

Outstanding by every single measure! The staff morale and professionalism shine! You can see how success is growing up out of the incredibly thoughtful planning that went into it. The Regency at Troy is a glorious new property with beautiful, high functioning design. From front desk to nursing and rehabilitation, to activies, to fine dining, to business management and social work, the Regency is tops in their class. We hated to leave after rehab because we loved it so much.

I truly can’t say enough how amazing this place is from the Nursing Staff to the representatives at the front desk everybody’s extremely friendly. This is the fifth nursing facility for my Father. Every single one of them I’ve been terrible living conditions horrible as well the staff being terrible. I would truly recommend this for anyone whom wants the proper care for there loved ones! It might be a little more expensive however it’s well well worth it! God bless

Mom had to go for rehab after a spinal surgery. This was our first choice since it was highly recommended and we are not disappointed. It is immaculately clean, the team is so kind and helpful and the physical therapy department is just the perfect amount of "tough".

Our overall experience at Regency at Troy has been very positive, so much so that when Mom needed to go back to a rehab facility we returned to Regency of Troy. The staff is kind and caring and very supportive of the family needs. The physical therapy was great and very creative plus looked like a lot of fun. The residents are kept busy during the day with various activities so boredom is not an option. The food is very good too and they are mindful of what my mom likes and doesn’t like to eat. I would highly recommend this new beautiful facility.
