I was there for occupational therapy..great group of people ,kind caring and passionate,and funny I loved each of them ..I was treated extremely good ,a few minor bumps but nothing major ,, SCOTT THE ADMINISTRATOR..took care of everything efficiently and to my satisfaction..I hated to leave ,I miss them all !!!will always chose the regency to go back to and SCOTT said I was always welcome,that made me so happy 😊 A+++

During my stay, I was treated with such an amazing sense of care that I was not expecting. You hear horror stories about these types of facilities but Regency proved to be in a class of its own. Every interaction was full of such positivity and genuine kindness. Since I was there strictly for physical rehabilitation, I was able to observe, probably more than I should have, the way the staff cared for the other patients. Again, they nothing short of spectacular!! The compassion and empathy shared by each nurse was comforting. I would like to say that, without question, the single thing that made my time at Regency outstanding was the physical therapy team. I first met Jibu and Kelly for an assessment. They were honest and was sure to ask me what I wanted from them. I was slightly surprised by there concerns for my opinion. Every day of PT was filled with positivity and encouragement. While I did not get a chance to work with every team member. They all made sure to maintain that same energy with every patient. Even when we could struggle, that would respond with words of support which made us feel successful. Leslie and Dana had smiles that were infectious. My successes during my physical therapy was directly related to the entire staff. I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the physical therapy group made my stay at Regency both rewarding and fulfilling. I would like to add that from the entire nursing staff that made me feel like I was at home to the best physical therapy team I have ever experienced, my stay at Regency was outstanding and a complete success!! Regency at Waterford is a not only a great place to work, it is a great place for residents. Everyone is friendly yet professional and my Grandma Jean was a resident there in the past and then hospice while she was there before she passed away. My Grandma was taken of care very well and she was treated with dignity and respect.

Had a relative who was recently a patient in your building and was very satisfied with the level of care she received. What the social work and nursing staff, they answered all my questions and delivered a high level of care. I would highly recommend you to all my friends and relatives.
