Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation in Warren, MI

Recently had a excellent experience working for the St. Anthonys HC Center completing a project to increase residents access to in-room entertainment. Headed up mainly by Sheri Wesley, the entire project went smooth due to her and others communication and over all commitment to bettering the resident's experience. Great staff and residents, we look forward to serving the community again soon!

I previously put in a review that was less than stellar about the overnight staff on Saturday, and now I'd like to rescind my initial complaint and say that I was a bit harsh myself. St Anthony's is a really nice place for recovering patients, but the night time weekend crew is sometimes understaffed, meaning it requires a bit more time to get to multiple residents. Patience is a virtue.

I've been working at St. Anthony since 2017, on and off, starting shortly after I got married. Since then, I've had two children and took maternity leave twice. This facility has been incredible; they've made my family's transition so much smoother. Erin, the administrator, is outstanding—she's understanding and always ready to help. Many of my colleagues feel like family, supporting one another and creating a caring environment. Plus, the facility is always clean and well-maintained.

St Anthony is clean, an excellent building, the staff takes very excellent care of patients. The food is very good and the kitchen gives you what you want. The doctors are very kind and always ask how the patient is doing.

Months ago, my mother was admitted to this facility, they took good of her. They was very patient and cared for her needs. So yes thank you again from her family. She is at home and getting better.😊❤️

GREAT FACILITY!! Had a loved one there recently for rehab - nursing staff and therapy were TOP NOTCH! Met the Administrator and DON within the first day and they made themselves available throughout my loved one's stay - APPRECIATED!!

The staff is the heart of this facility, especially Fay, who was a huge help. She treats the residents like family members. The residents I spoke with are happy here. They feel safe and I am comfortable. The building is older but very clean. We will be cared for. The entire experience, from admission to maintenance, was wonderful. I highly recommend St. Anthony's for short-term rehab or long-term care.
