Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation in Farmington Hills, MI

My dad had a nice stay at The Manor of Farmington Hills. The staff was friendly and accommodating and he was so happy to be able to have his dog and grandchildren visit. The facility was clean and inviting.

I come in this building often each week, and I am always greeted with a friendly hello from the receptionist at the door, and by each staff member passing by. They truly make me welcomed and "right at home". This building is absolutely beautiful and the staff are kind, caring , and compassionate to all their residents. Please consider bringing your loved one here, they truly care about their residents and families they serve.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at "The Manor ". Always help me with any and all question, or concerns. I have met most of the staff and it is a clean, nice, newly remodeled building. No smells either. That means a lot to me ! A plus from Me.

A family member was informed that the Long Term Care facility that she resided in is closing in 60 days. Over three days we visited eight LTCs in the Livonia, Farmington, Westland area. Not only were we impressed with the facility, our tour conducted by Bianca was top notch. She was very informative and went above and beyond to answer our questions. THANKS & see you soon!!

The atmosphere is very pleasant and I am so pleased when I wheel my mom anywhere in the building and they say hi to her by name.If we need to address any issue the nurse manager, social worker, or administrator will call us to resolve it such as emergency tooth ache, etc. I would also say the house cleaners are great!

The leadership team they have in place is dedicated to positive patient outcomes and an overall great experience for loving family members. I would like to thank the team at The Manor of Farmington Hills for always being so helpful and inviting. I have only been here a short period and every single time I walk the halls each and every single staff member greets me with a smile and are so welcoming. Families that tour are always pointing out how pleasant the staff are here. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.

My mother lived at The Manor of Farmington Hills for about five year's, before, during, and after Covid 19. Looking back it was a positive experience. No matter where you place a loved one for care, family has to do their part too. So, the individual knows that we didn't leave and forget them. If staff did not take care of mom to my standards, I did it. I've known friends who's parent's were in very expensive care facilities and they weren't totally satisfied. I suggest you keep your loved ones in a care facility that is no more than 10 to 15 minutes from your home or work, that you don't have to drive for more than 30 minutes to get there. Also, find a place that's all on one level. If there's another epidemic, like Covid-19, you can visit from a window. We were so fortunate to visit our mom from her room window and speak with her on the phone during Covid. That gave me peace of mind! Fortunately, God blessed my mom to survive the epidemic until The Manor reopened and person to person visitation's resumed. Florence Mosley, lived to age 92. The care and compassion Hospice, the Nursing Staff, CNA's, Kitchen, Laundery, Physical Therapy, and Maintenance Staff's, gave mom daily was great . In addition, as she passed away the care was exceptional!!! Family was able to stay with her during all of the process of her death. It took me one year to process my moms death and find my balance again because, I assisted her with everything that she needed and wanted, in addition to the good daily care that The Manor of Farmington Hills provided. Sending a heart felt thank you and much love, to the Director Ms.Carla Dillard, and all the wonderful Staff who took great care of my mother Florence, at the Manor of Farmington Hills!🙏🏾💜✌🏾

Quality care that shows. This nursing home is run well, and staff in various positions really care about residents. From kitchen staff members making lighthearted jokes with residents while they take out meal carts, to the administrator Carla making time to check in with patients on a regular basis- people at the Manor of Farmington Hills genuinely care. Nurses are reliable, intelligent, and make efforts to learn details about residents that assist in their care. The social workers are astute and in the top echelon of their field. Aides are friendly and the activities department is top notch all the way. Stellar administrative leadership that puts the needs of patients first and understands how to make the whole team work together so residents feel at home while receiving the essential care they need.
